Richwood Science Museum is located in Richwood Garden Hotel，Humen Town, Dongguan City which is a famous historical town. Our museum is the first educational practice base in Dongguan city to provide scientific experiments and popular science visits for primary and middle school students. Richwood Science Museum covers an area of 1,400  square meters, and consists of 5 functional areas, namely: Popular science exhibition hall，Science laboratory，Material room，Equipment storage room and Education discussing area, which can accommodate 600 students to carry out scientific experiments at the same time.

The Popular science exhibition hall is composed of 7 sections, namely: Ancient astronomy area，Modern astronomy area，Meteorite area，Space area，Radio astronomy area, Interactive experience area and Drug exhibition area.Centering on the theme of "Life science", we have jointly developed more than 200 popular science experiments and courses for primary and secondary school students, including：Alcohol spray without washing, Find the structure of the mask and How to extract artemisinin, with Beite Life as well as several research institutes and universities in the province.

We independent research and development of popular science courses on “Destruction of opium at Humen” topics, through the exhibition of opium smoking utensils and simulated drugs in the Qing Dynasty , the practical experiments, we can help many teenagers improve their awareness of drugs from the understanding of drugs, the ways and forms of drug transmission and the harm of drugs to human body (key popular science content).
